To secure your application, please submit a $350 non-refundable deposit to secure your space. It will be applied toward your total retreat cost. If your application is not accepted or if the retreat does not obtain the minimum 10 required participants, your deposit will be refunded, less any service fees applicable. The final payment will be separately due in full by June 15 and is non-refundable thereafter. Reservations with unpaid balances after this date may be released and the deposit forfeited. If you cancel by May 15 you will receive a full refund minus the deposit and any applicable service fees. Participants who cancel before June 15 and after May 15 will be refunded 50% less service fees and the deposit will be retained.
